What Will it Cost?
Our
fee scale is not set by the accounting profession. It is based
upon the level of experience required by the work to be done and
the availability of staff. Our objective is always to give you
as much value as possible for the fee charged.
The final invoice you receive will be a composite of the time
spent by each employee at their particular charge out rate, plus
the costs of software, printing and other expenses directly used
in your service.
There is a minimum charge of $300 for preparation of individual
Federal Income Tax returns. This represents the time spent processing,
preparing, printing and reviewing a tax return. The process also
involves an interview and review of the return with the client,
which is necessary to get an accurate return and to maximize your
tax savings.
At the initial meeting we discuss which of our services you have
need of and the estimated length of time to complete the assignment.
A retainer is required prior to initiation of any work and will
be applied as per agreement. Invoices for services will be billed
no less frequently than monthly and are due when presented.
We are presently not set up to accept credit card payments.
